Cao Pi（曹丕）, Wen Emperor of Wei Dynasty, is a very talented leader.

He was very good at war. He beated Sunquan(孙权), and he could provde proper instructions to military leaders.

He was a man skilled in achieving goals. He got the posion without blood, but by abdicating of the previous emperor, which is a very wise operation.
